Corporate Performance Management (CPM) describes all theories, activities, and tools used to reach favorable business outcomes and, in turn, prevent unfavorable outcomes. CPM helps optimize finances and operations across an entire enterprise by employing technology that collects and analyzes data on performance in order to locate strengths and weaknesses, and create new opportunities for growth.
