Dictionary Term

Fast Load

AKA:

Fast load is term that refers to a specific type of data loading technology. Fast load technology loads massive amounts of data much more quickly than most standard data load utilities, and is faster because data is pre-processed, meaning that it doesn’t have to be distributed into tables as part of the loading process. Contributing as well to an expedited load time is fast load’s ability to process in parallel and to bypass data integrity verification.
