Critical Success Factor

AKA:

Critical success factors (CSF) are the select activities or areas most crucial to an organization or individual projects’ success. While there are many areas that contribute to success, CSFs take priority over all others, and are the defining elements that shape both long-term plans and day-to-day activity in an organization or a project.

CSFs can be pinpointed by conducting business analytics.
