Tomorrow, in Las Vegas, IBM kicks off its annual Amplify Conference, designed to help companies better understand how to build customer engagement in what IBM calls the “era of Cognitive”. The intent is to help companies use advanced techniques, tools, and systems to transform the customer experience at every point of engagement.
